My chickens free-range, and it used to be hard to get them to come back to the coop in the evening. Now when I call, they come eagerly, anticipating their sprouted seeds. Next comes their fermented feed, which they gobble up, and which has cut my feed bill by over 50%. Interestingly, it has also cut down on the water they drink, even in summer, by easily 100%. It makes me wonder how much water was needed to digest the dry feed. Kathrynne Holdenhttp://www.nutritionucanlivewith.com/noreply@blogger.com
